TUvpn-Profilekill
Sometimes it is necessary to delete the stored TUvpn profile data. This can be done manually by deleting one or more files in the operating system. However, some of the file paths can be difficult to remember and locate. We therefore offer this tool for multiple operating systems so that profiles can be removed even without in-depth knowledge of the operating system. The versions differ depending on the operating system, as different development tools and requirements apply.
You can easily delete profiles at any time, since the profile is automatically recreated after a successful reconnection.

macOS
The DMG can be opened by double-clicking it. The tool can then either be launched directly from the DMG by double-clicking it or installed by moving it to the Applications folder. When the tool is launched, it searches for profiles after gaining elevated privileges. If successful, these profiles are deleted. The results are displayed in a terminal-like window.
Ubuntu
After installing the package (in KDE, dependent files are installed automatically during installation), you can launch the tool. You will be asked if you want to remove the profile. Once you confirm, the profile will be removed.
Windows
The tool can also be launched without administrative privileges and initially displays the profiles it has found. If a profile is found that requires administrative privileges to remove, you will be prompted to restart the program with administrative privileges by clicking a button. Clicking “Remove” deletes the found profiles. The current status is then displayed. Finally, you can exit the tool by clicking “Cancel.”
